Gang related killing at the Chicken Shack in  Rosebud, Texas resulting in the murder, voluntary manslaughter,  involuntary manslaughter, and aggravated assault charges dismissed.  Client plead guilty to unlawful carrying of a weapon in a license premise  and sentence to 10 years in prison.

A 2006 spousal rape  case in Killeen, Texas resulted in a hung jury after 3.75 hours of  deliberation. To avoid a second trial, the State offered to reduce charge to a misdemeanor assault with bodily injury and 12-months  probation.
